I was born in a village named 'Kalora' in then Midnapore District(now West Midnapore) in West Bengal of India. I completed my school there. After completing Graduation and Masters in BENGALI Literature, I completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication. Stood 1st Class 1st in Journalism course. But it was quite tough and almost impossible to get a suitable job from a village. So I went to Kolkata (130kms from my village) in the mid of 1999 searching for a job. Rent a cheap room to stay in. It was my daily routine to visit media houses of the City of Joy for a job from early morning to evening. After a long time, I have joined a Bengali magazine, published from Kolkata as a contractual proofreader. After 4 months they recruit me as an Editorial Assistant in their house and from there started my career as a Journalist.
Magazine to TV... News Paper... it was a long journey. Now I am a Producer of a renowned Bengali TV News Channel of Kolkata. I have more than 16 years of experience in Bengali creative writing. Presently my hometown is Kolkata, West Bengal.
West Bengal is one of the most attractive tourist destinations in the World. The culture of Bengal is considered to be one of the richest cultures in India. Be it the different religions all assimilating into one of the lovely cultural events that seem to make up the glorious state that it is. Which attracted very much me from childhood and I feel very proud of it. In my college life, I've done research work on the Lifestyle, Culture, struggles, and Heritage of tribal people of a part of Bengal. I like to explore new places. I like to write a travelogue. And want to spread the cultural essence of Bengal.
In September 2016 I've started my YouTube Channel and June 2017 started my Blog.
